Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We will process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours. Please note that stated delivery time is estimated at 7-10 working days.

When purchasing please supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace, where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9am – 5pm weekdays. Please also add a phone number, as couriers will use this to contact you if they are having difficulty delivering your parcel.

We take no responsibility for charges or delays incurred at receiver’s end as this can vary. 

Returns:

 If you are not 100% happy or have changed your mind on your purchase from Sister’s Saddlery we are happy to provide an exchange or credit to the value of your purchase.

Products must be returned:

  • Within 7 Days of purchase if for change of mind
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use unless proven faulty.

Warranty Policy:

If a product you have purchased from Sister’s Saddlery faults within the warranty period we endeavor to have this repaired or replaced (as per The Consumers Guarantees Act) for you as soon as possible from the supplier providing you provide proof of purchase.

If you cannot provide proof of purchase there will be a $15.00 postage and handling fee to be paid prior to your item being returned to the supplier for assessment.

Refunds:

Any refunds provided from Sister’s Saddlery must be in the same form as purchased.

eg. Paid via PayPal, refunded via PayPal

Repairs Policy:

All general repair items to be sent off for repair will incur a $15.00 postage and handling fee prior to your item being sent. Thge repair costs will be payable on collection of your goods.
